Annoying Helicopters At City Hall Last Week
4 out of 5 nights last week, starting at approximately 5pm, 3 helicopters would start buzzing by my place. At first I thought maybe there was a break-out from Parker Center or something, as they kept circling around 1st and Main St. Then when one finally touched down on City Hall East, and left in about 5 minutes, it was clear they were there to pick someone up. The other 2 never touched down though- not sure why they were there unless to provide some confusion as to who was in which chopper. Given all the noise at 5pm anyway, this was driving me crazy for about 1/2 hr every night, so I figured I’d try to film it. This movie is pretty bad quality due to the conversions I had to do, but you will get the idea (and hear my un-edited comment about Mayor Tony Villar…).
