Dog Nearly Killed By White Trash Owner
There seems to be a lot of cruelty to dogs lately, but this is so outrageous! “Toby” the Shitzu was being drowned in the bathtub by his owner Casey Purser, for going to the bathroom inside, when a neighbor in his apartment building walked in and stopped him. Thank goodness Ashley, the neighbor, got involved. She is a hero!
