White Pimp / White Dog Make Lofty Dog Blog!
I don’t know if you’re ready for a shot of my ugly mug, so click at your own risk (and yes, I’m sweating bullets as I was about 120 degrees in that coat). The party was great as always and Isis behaved very well when off the leash (she still barks at dogs when she is on a leash though- how annoying).
I missed the “Yappy Hour” at Lofty Dogs last night as Isis was literally in “the dog house”. I went to put the leash on her and she decided it was play time and kept running away and teasing me. My trainer says I need to practice “tough love” with her as I’ve let her get away with too much so I crated her and listened to her whine for an hour and a half. She better wise-up soon, or the pimp-hand is going to come down hard ![]()
Howl-O-Ween Pics From Lofty Dogs (thanks to Cabrini and Karen for a great party!)
More pics from other blogs taken at Lofty Dogs:
Ruby and I didn’t attend the Lofty Dog party because I just didn’t get our outfits together in time. From looking at your picture, though, it’s probably a good thing we missed it. I’m pretty certain Ruby would have attacked your coat, Eric. Could you have handled a bull terrier with a lock-jaw grip on your outfit?
Kudos to you for having guts enough to go out in public like that.

November 9th, 2007 at 7:14 pmLots of people didn’t have costumes- I just decided at last minute to use a costume I had around- and I am not afraid to wear it anywhere. 3 years in a row I wore it (with different spins) to WeHo parade; one with a date dressed as Catholic school girl and everyone just assumed she was in drag- now I pity her being with me!
It sounds like you were out at Art Walk w/ Ruby; the comment you made on your blog to the chic that said something about Ruby peeing next to curb hit home. Oh, and I’d be fine w/ Ruby’s lock jaw grip on coat, just not on me
Now let’s hear the dirt on 5 Stars (and bar Costena if you know anything).
Enjoy the long weekend!
