LA Times Photo Essay Of LAPD HQ Construction

Some amazing pictures- I particularly like the last one as it shows the Higgins Building very well….

UPDATE: Ha ha ha!!! This e-mail was sent to the building’s mailing list:

“The article in the print edition (California, page 5) has a suggestion for one of our neighbors on the north side of the building. If you know the person with the yellow couch, encourage them to get curtains. Apparently the construction guys are getting more of a view than they counted on.”
