I was feeling good enough to take Isis on 45 min walk this a.m., and she loved it- smelling everything, always pulling on leash (bummer). My housecleaner was over when I got back, and Isis is always scareing her so I usually get her groomed then but not today, just put her in pen in loft. So I’m laying on bed recovering from walk (I’ve still had no solid food and very weak- what a way to diet), and Isis jumps out of cage- first time ever! She was still so excited, but I put her back in, thinking surely she’s too tired to do that again. 5 minutes later, out she comes. So I decide I have to get camera and watch her. Well, as luck would have she didn’t get out while camera was rolling, but as you can see, she can get her head over top (admittedly, she must have gotten a foot on the fence to push her out previous times). But the days of usefulness of the pen are definitely numbered.
Check it out, but ignore the “disarray” as housekeeper was in middle of sweeping).
