One of my all-time heros, Marius “Pudz” Pudzianowski, 5-times World’s Strongest Man, is a true athletic specimin compared with some of those slobs, and he has the cardio and foot work/speed from being a Olympic boxer. Check out his moves on Poland’s version of “Dancing With The Stars” (he got 2nd place):
