It’s Hard Enough To Get A Contract In Technology Without These Lawbreakers
I’m getting fed-up with H1-B Visa folks taking jobs/contracts from U.S. Citizens. These guys- 95% from India, came here during the 2000-2001 dot-com “boom” when the government allowed companies to “sponsor” them as the U.S. did not have enough technology people to support all the projects tha corporations and startups had on their plate. Fine. But now GO THE F*CK HOME!!! And corporation, DO NOT HIRE/SPONSOR THESE PEOPLE! It’s bad enough when I get asked to manage a team of off-shore programmers (I will not do it) but to have them sending me their resumes is almost too much (my company was an IBM/Lotus Business Partner so these clowns have an old mailing list they just keep sending resumes to- I get a handful evrey week).
