They were filming The Changeling, a movie directed by Clint Eastwood, starring Angelina Jolie, on the north and west side of City Hall yesterday afternoon.  They had probably 20 or so antique cars- like Model T’s, and an old cable car out in the street, and they had a “rain machine” that was still raining [...]
